BIOGRAPHY
Huho comes from a family of Plainsfolk farmers. They lived in the Eastern Shroud near the Hawthorne Hut. His father was a farmer, and his father, and his father, and you get it. Huho spent most of his time unable to contemplate that there was anything outside of his commitments to family. Furthermore, Huho adored his sister, Ocha. One day a merchant came through, as they usually did on their way somewhere else, and Huho was curious to peruse the books. The same kind of curiosity that sent him all over his family farm getting into trouble Ocha would inevitably have to get him out of, also made him given to reading by candlelight late into the night.One day Huho told his family that he wanted to give up farm life and, with a book on the subject held over his head, he was going to become the next Shantotto. They immediately shamed him for thinking he could leave his obligations at home, pointing out that he would leave his sister behind to do such a thing. Well, they were right. Huho could not think to ever leave Ocha alone. Then there was an unfortunate accident Huho still rarely talks about which led to his sister's death.A week after her funeral, Huho packed his bags and took the next caravan heading to Ul'dah. He went straight to the Arrzaneth Ossuary and begged to study there. Huho was taken on, studied for some time before he found himself traveling between Ul'dah and the Mists to get a military education as well at the Iron Phoenix Academy. There, he made friends, enemies, rivals, folks to look up to, and more-or-less came to grips with the loss of his sister. The rift between him and his parents that was created by his leaving however, has yet to be resolved.Huho eventually saved up enough gil to amass his own research and exploration group. He called up his contacts, old friends from various academies, and together they created Liberty Industries, a group known for their eccentricity and collecting objects as well as accepting jobs of equal oddity. He has been owner of the research facility ever since.Over the course of Huho's studies he has lived in Ul'dah, attending the Arrzaneth Ossuary and the Royal Ul Academy. He has also lived in Limsa Lominsa attending the Iron Phoenix Military Academy, teaching at the Maelstrom Officers Academy and Alliance Academy. He also spent some time studying at Saint Endalim's Scholasticate in Ishgard once the city state opened up. He currently pursues various avenues of research in Sharlayan while criticizing the city state's former isolationist policies and pushing for them to open up their vast stores of knowledge even more to the public.After studying thaumaturgy at the Ossuary, he worked for some time as a thaumaturge in the Immortal Flames fighting Garlemald in Northern Thanalan before an incident with a riot in Little Ala Mhigo caused Huho to quit his position. He then studied aetherology at the Royal Ul Academy where he wrote on theoretical aether systems based on the Twin Realms Theory. He is now considered an expert in the field of Environmental Aetherology as well as Mandragora Cultivation and Old Roegadyn Translation.

He is a very passionate person and guided by those passions. This causes him to pursue what he is interested with everything he has but also makes him impulsive. He has been trying to be better about his impulsiveness but it still sometimes causes trouble for himself and others. He is erudite in that he has learned quite a bit in a short amount of time since becoming a thaumaturge. He has an endless amount of curiosity that is unquenchable. He is very friendly and approachable but also very demanding of people. He tries to be more empathetic but is often too caught up in his own head.Huho has no regard for tradition or norms regarding social graces. He does not believe in hierarchies nor doing things by the book simply because that is how they have been done. He believes respect must be earned and mutual. This is reflected in the way he runs his organization. He is a staunch friend and ally, giving as much as he often demands of those close to him. He would genuinely do anything for those he cares about, with little concern about limitations or laws.

Huho cannot take the credit for every aetherometer, many of them would not be possible without S'ardon Nyx. However, Huho did build Marks I, II, and V on his own.
